- Service Overview
Build Estimation US we provides professional construction estimating services including, but not limited to:
- Detailed material takeoffs
- Quantity takeoffs
- Labor estimates
- Bid worksheets in Excel format
We offer services for all trades and sectors, including commercial, residential, public, and private projects. Our team consists of specialized estimators for each trade to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Basis of Estimates
All takeoffs and estimates are prepared based on scaled PDF drawings provided by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any assumptions or deviations will be clearly noted in the deliverables.
- Revisions & Additional Services
- We do not charge separately for filling out bid forms, basic revisions, or information forms related to the project.
- However, if the project design is revised by more than 50% compared to the original design, additional charges may apply. Clients will be notified and must approve before any extra charges are incurred.
- Payment Terms
- Upon confirmation of project scope, we will send you a secure invoice payment link.
- Payment can be made via credit or debit card.
- Work will commence only after payment is received and confirmed.
- Pricing and Value
We offer competitive and reasonable rates while ensuring high-quality work. We are committed to building long-term business relationships and aim to be a valuable extension of your estimating team.
- Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete project drawings and relevant documentation.
- Review all estimates and notify us promptly of any discrepancies or required adjustments.
- Make payments on time as agreed.
- Limitations of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, Build Estimation US is not liable for any financial loss, missed bids, or construction errors arising from the use of our estimates. It is the client’s responsibility to review and verify all information before submission or use.
- Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project data. All documents shared with us will be handled securely and not disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
- Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
