Refund Policy

At Build Estimation, we are committed to providing accurate and detailed cost estimation services for construction projects across the USA. We value our clients and strive for 100% satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:

 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice for the same service, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the cost estimate within the agreed-upon timeframe and no work has been started, the client may request a full refund.
  • Significant Errors in the Estimate: If a client identifies significant miscalculations or discrepancies in the estimate that deviate from the provided project details, we may offer a partial or full refund after review.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If a client decides not to proceed with the project after the estimation work has started.
  • Client-Provided Incomplete or Incorrect Information: If an estimate is prepared based on inaccurate details provided by the client, we are not responsible for refunds.
  • Completed Services: Once a cost estimate has been delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  2. Our team will review the request within 5-7 business days and respond accordingly.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

 Modifications & Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with our estimate, we offer one free revision to make necessary adjustments based on additional information provided by the client.
